These summit platform positions are enumerated in this manner to allow all the participants to study and modify the founding concepts as desired or required during the actual summit. They are not meant to be the final “bedrock” ideals that will come out
of the summit. The total effort of all who participate and vote on these elemental values will be the final heart of this effort. These “starting” positions reflect the input of many who have taken the time to submit them to our convention directors.
Please know that all governing positions, including leadership roles are open to nomination and election as part of the first moments of the opening in Olathe, Kansas.
We have operated with volunteers who have been willing to do the most difficult job of trying to organize and move forward this great effort with nothing but hope and prayer from the onset. We all must be very grateful to those who have given quietly and
with no reward except hard work and the knowledge that they were helping begin a mighty movement toward restoring America to the “land of the free.” This is our best opening effort. Please be ready to submit your views as we open the convention this
summer and hammer out the final document that will open the door toward a revived and reinvigorated American Republic.
A REPUBLIC NOT A DEMOCRACY
1. Keep our constitution. Original, very minor changes as required.
2. Eliminate various “states of emergency.”
3. Return to a gold/silver monetary system.
4. Eliminate the Federal Reserve System. Eliminate taxing system.
5. Cancel the Federal Reserve mandated national debt in full.
6. Reduce the federal government’s bureaucracy to original size and scope.
7. Eliminate the Federal judicial courts to Appeals and Supreme only.
8. Return all National (State Guards) to state (Governor’s) jurisdiction.
9. Return all American Forces to American bases from service worldwide.
10. Eliminate all executive orders ever written. Replace with valid laws.
THE MILITARY AS DEFENDER—KEEP POSSE COMITATUS
1. The military defends the US from invasion and helps to seal the borders.
2. General ranks should be promoted on merit, not by insider politics.
3. Weapons systems on strict bid basis with strict dollar accountability.
4. Troops do not leave the US for combat except upon war declaration.
5. American troops must NEVER serve the UN or any foreign military.
6. Foreign troops must NOT be stationed anywhere in the USA.
7. A standing, professional, volunteer armed force of 750,000.

c. 100,000 Marines
d. 450,000 Army
e. 50,000 Coast Guard
HOMELAND SECURITY PROTECTS AMERICAN’S LIVES & RIGHTS
1. HS works with American states and communities, does not dictate to them
2. HS submits actions to state, federal and civilian oversight regulators.
3. HS is under yearly budget review and oversight for worthiness to US.
4. HS operational errors subject to civilian civil suit when negligent.
US COURTS AT ALL LEVELS TO JUDGE LAWS NOT MAKE THEM
1. Courts and Judges to rule on law as written not interpreted by the court.
2. Juries at all levels are supreme. They are free to rule on fact and law.
3. Juries are NOT to be instructed by a judge. They may nullify and acquit.
4. Judges may be fired or charged when the public is endangered by rulings.
US CITIZENS NOT SUBJECT TO CURRENT INCOME TAX LAWS
1. Internal Revenue Service should be immediately abolished as fraudulent.
2. The 16th amendment should be removed from the constitution as fraud.
3. Income tax is not a legal tax on labor. It is a scam and is illegal.
4. A one-time refund to all tax-payers of $50,000 should be rebated to them.
5. No filing of an income tax form is required. Current forms are frauds.
BANKING REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS IN THE US.
1. The federal reserve illegally regulates banks and the currency of the US.
2. Interest rates are tied to proven inflation rates in all loans of bank funds.
3. No individual depositor information can be released to any entity at all.
4. Mortgage holders must have one year to redeem notes foreclosed upon.
UNITED STATES TREATIES AND AGREEMENTS SUBJECT TO CITIZEN REFERENDUM WHEN CONSTITUTIONALITY IN QUESTION. COURTS MUST NOT HAVE THE FINAL WORD.
1. Treaties that will undermine sovereignty are illegal.
2. “Secret” agreements or stealth negotiations—all null and void.
3. Constitutional protections must be built in to all agreements.
4. Legislators or political parties writing unconstitutional bills subject to removal from office or open to civil/criminal charges.
5. All governmental officials held to public oaths or dismissed from office.
REGULATORY STATUTES AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY
1. Small business, farming, family business not subject to repressive laws.
2. Factory/field workers open to management benefits and retirement.
3. Worker wage increases tied to product price increases and inflation.
4. Business executives subject to yearly review and vote of confidence.
US HEALTH CARE AND PHARMECUETICAL TREATMENT
1. Health Care must be limited to US citizens and dependents.
2. Pharmacies must charge at 10% over cost to uninsured citizens.
3. People who are homebound/chronically ill, drugs are free.
SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE MYTH TO BE REPEALED ACROSS THE NATION PERMANENTLY
1. Respect for and incorporation of church and government in US policy.
2. That the Christian/Judeo heritage of the US be honored and celebrated.
3. That open prayer be allowed anywhere, anytime in the US at all levels.
4. That practices masquerading as religions be banned including religions that wage war upon the US or its citizens in any form whatever.
A CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW OF BILL OF RIGHTS AMENDMENTS FRAUDULENTLY “REATIFIED” AND ELIMINATED UPON CITIZEN REFERENDUM TO FREE AMERICANS FROM THEIR EFFECTS.
1. The 14th, 16th, 17th, amendments must be repealed immediately.
2. That all citizens are state’s citizens first and US by birth or naturalization.
HOMOSEXUAL LIFESTYLE AND “CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS”
1. Homosexual relationships should remain what they have been for as long as they have existed up until 1970. Quiet and non-intrusive.
2. No “special” or any other civil rights status to homosexual relationships.
3. No laws or amendments may be written to justify marriage or unions.
4. No civil torts may be heard regarding the “protection” of homosexuals.
5. Live and let live, but no homosexual “awareness” required at any level.
EDUCATION TO REMAIN LOCAL AND UNREGULATED. BASED ON PROVEN EDUCATIONAL SUCCESSES IN ALL DISCIPLINES.
1. Education should remain unfettered by state and federal mandates.
2. Education should use only those methods and facts based on historical facts, mathematical facts, and scientific facts. Language should be predicated on phonics, reading comprehension and grammatical exactness. Opinion, scientific theory, immoral
literature, have no place in the education of US citizens.
3. School management must be by teaching professionals. Boards should be eliminated. Parents may serve as advisory panels working with the school staff to improve and augment the teaching curricula.
RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION
1. The right to armed self-defense against invasion, criminal element or in defense of one’s self, family or property is without compromise or any exception. Arms of all types to be allowed to all except the criminal element. Concealed carry allowed in
all 50 states without permit except to those with criminal background or mental/emotional handicap.
2. No restriction on types of firearms, ammunition, magazine capacity or technology accessories.
3. No bans on amounts of weapons or ammunition anywhere in the US.
The platform will remain open at this point to accommodate other relevant areas for summit consideration. Obviously, not every aspect of citizen life should be enumerated or regulated. We have far too much of that as it is. There will certainly be areas
in agriculture, industry, schooling, state and local government that will be open to great change and reduction in the smothering environment that currently exist. In some cases, regulations and entire bureaucratic agencies should be entirely eradicated.
Others should be streamlined greatly and some perhaps left somewhat intact. However, this should remain a statement of “Bedrock Principals” not subject to compromise once it is agreed upon and voted into being. Less government, better government. We want
all candidates running with our support to sign a contract stipulating that they will honor this final platform as long as they operate under the oath of office at any level of government service.
This is our start. We hope you will be inspired to make this opening charter far better than it is in its present form. If you plan on coming to the summit, please do your homework so that valuable time may be used in refining and agreeing upon this
document for Americans weary of socialist America and the Internationalization of our great land. Thanks so much for helping us get this historic effort underway. God Bless You, America, but we can expect that only when we have agreed to honor God and
follow the ideals and prayers of our original founders and take Jesus Christ into our hearts and lives.
